Troy moved to San Antonio from the Black Hills of South Dakota in July 2007. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and a Master’s degree in Tourism Management. Prior to joining the CVB, he spent the last 10 years as the Executive General Manager to a number of hotel/casino properties in the historic town of Deadwood, South Dakota. Troy is happily married and a proud father to a family of girls: Amanda, Ashley, Mari and Tru.
